Gluten-free

Gluten and wheat-free dough balls with added fibre and inulin (dietary fibre extracted from chicory roots), and fortified with GanedenBC30®cultures (“beneficial bacteria”). Suitable for people with coeliac disease, or those with a gluten/wheat allergy or intolerance. Our bases are half-baked, then frozen, and are light and crispy in texture.

They are easy to handle and require only to be thawed out, spread with sauce and other toppings (including cheese), and baked to a golden brown colour.

For best results, thaw out the dough balls in a fridge for at least 12 hours to defrost, and then leave it out at least 2 hours at room temperature before use.

PACKAGEING

Each pizza is individually packed in a transparent film.
Boxes come packed with ten twin 10″ bases, or ten twin 12″ bases.
Transport and storage comply with food hygeine and safety regulations.
