Our special blend gluten free & vegan flour has taken may years to perfect as has our dough recipe. It has always remained our number one priority.
Our base is comprised of Chickpea flour, potato starch, corn starch, rice flour, sorghum flour & pea proteins. GMO-free, stoneground, non-reconstituted, unbleached & unbromated.
