OUR DOUGH BALLS

PLAIN DOUGH BALLS

Our dough balls are easy to handle and require only to be thawed out, spread with sauce and other toppings (including cheese), and baked to a golden-brown colour. For best results, thaw out the dough balls in a fridge for at least 12 hours to defrost, and then leave it out at least 2 hours at room temperature before use. The Lab dough balls are extremely versatile and work in many types of ovens. 


Our dough balls come in 2 sizes: 

40 X 210g

30 X 300 g

ROSEMARY DOUGHBALLS

Gluten-free

Gluten and wheat-free dough balls infused with the delicate flavour of basil, suitable for people with coeliac disease, or those with a gluten/wheat allergy or intolerance. 

They are easy to handle and require only to be thawed out, spread with sauce and other toppings (including cheese), and baked to a golden-brown colour.

For best results, thaw out the dough balls in a fridge for at least 12 hours to defrost, and then leave it out at least 2 hours at room temperature before use.

BASIL DOUGH BALL

Gluten-free

Gluten and wheat-free dough balls infused with the delicate flavour of basil, added fibre and inulin (dietary fibre extracted from chicory roots). Suitable for people with coeliac disease, or those with a gluten/wheat allergy or intolerance. Our bases are half-baked, then frozen, and are light and crispy in texture.

They are easy to handle and require only to be thawed out, spread with sauce and other toppings (including cheese), and baked to a golden brown colour.

For best results, thaw out the dough balls in a fridge for at least 12 hours to defrost, and then leave it out at least 2 hours at room temperature before use.

 

MINT DOUGH BALL

Gluten-free

Gluten and wheat-free dough balls infused with the delicate flavour of mint, suitable for people with coeliac disease, or those with a gluten/wheat allergy or intolerance. 

They are easy to handle and require only to be thawed out, spread with sauce and other toppings (including cheese), and baked to a golden brown colour.
